Mission statement of Jobcenter Lippe

The mission statement of Jobcenter Lippe is the guiding framework for all employees. It formulates the self-conception of Jobcenter Lippe both externally and internally. The mission statement was developed and adopted in a joint process by the employees themselves.

Statements on the current mission statement oriented towards the expectations and needs of the target group under 25 years old. We support young people and young adults in all life situations and help them develop personal and professional perspectives. In doing so, we know and follow current trends in the training and job market.
