Our Service for Employers
Our employer service supports you as an employer in the Lippe district in your search for a new employee. You can reach us at our service offices in Detmold, Bad Salzuflen, Lemgo, Lage, and Blomberg. With careful and targeted preselection, we ensure that applicants fit your company and possess the necessary qualifications.
Please note: The application must be submitted in good time before the employment contract is concluded. You can request the application documents by phone, in writing or in person from the Employer Service.
Measure at an employer
We give you the opportunity to test the suitability of the applicant within the framework of a so-called workplace training measure. The duration of such a training measure is individually agreed with you in advance and is free of charge for you. The Jobcenter Lippe covers the applicant's travel costs during the training measure—if the funding requirements are met—as well as any additional costs (after prior consultation).
Applicants who have been unemployed for a longer period sometimes need more time to integrate into your operational processes. Therefore, the onboarding period is extended. The integration subsidy (EGZ) is intended to compensate for the resulting costs. The amount and duration of the EGZ depend on the individual circumstances of the applicant. Our employer service is happy to provide you with detailed information about the funding opportunities.
A qualification before training? That is also possible: You can introduce young people to training in your company within the framework of an EQ. A Jobcenter Lippe-funded internship, which is intended to serve as a bridge to regular training, lasts between six and twelve months.
